Mini Idler TerraCycle for chain tensioners

This compact chain idler has been developed as part of the TerraCycle quick adjust chain tensioner. The compact design and the 6 mm axle diameter open up many other uses for DIY projects of all kinds. The O-ring integrated on the idler's center keeps the chain centered and reduces abrasion and noise development. The Delrin material makes the roller light yet robust and the steel industrial ball bearing ensures a long lifespan.
